My name is Ray Cheung and I'd like to welcome everyone to my website.  The purpose of this site was to chronicle my experience in Washington, D.C. as I pursued my Master of Science degree in Engineering Management with a focus on Crisis, Risk, and Emergency Management at The George Washington University.  Unfortunately, I had to cut my studies short due to my activation in Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Since then, I have worked as an Emergency Management Specialist for the US Postal Service and am currently an analyst for NC4.
